PROXY SENTRY

Measure cancer risk before symptoms appear.

OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU CAN DO

APPLICATIONS

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Proxy Sentry is a biomarker detection platform designed to identify early signs of DNA damage caused by environmental insults—such as radiation, alcohol, ischemia, and oxidative stress.

Using optical genomic mapping, Proxy Sentry quantifies risk by measuring the biological impact of transient reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are often overlooked in traditional genetic approaches.

Detect early-stage DNA damage from environmental exposures before disease manifests.

Quantify risk using biomarkers that reflect cumulative oxidative stress.

Enable bio-surveillance for government and clinical stakeholders (e.g., DITRA, HHS).

Support virtual screening for populations at risk of radiation-induced or environmentally triggered diseases.

Generate reports on likelihood of disease events based on mechanistic signals

Government & Defense: Bio-surveillance for WMD de-risking and environmental exposure monitoring.

Clinical Research: Early identification of cancerous biomarkers for melanoma, colon cancer, and other conditions.

Pharma & Biotech: Companion diagnostics and patient stratification for trials targeting oxidative damage pathways.

Optical Genomic Mapping: High-resolution detection of DNA damage.

Mechanistic Signal Isolation: Differentiates environmental insults from genetic predisposition.

Integration with Proxy Nexus: Enables simulation of downstream outcomes based on upstream damage.
